And the seller says "complete" twice. 
A clean and nicely complete 24" American. Typhoon brick tires are original and front one is super nice, the rear has light cracking. S-7 hoops are center stamped. Rear wheel is missing two spokes. All complete here from what I can see, I do believe this had fenders, if so they were probably chrome.
