I bought a frame like that(yellow) from thrift shop. Put the Springer from girls 20 inch on it.FOr wheels I laced 10 speed hubs Schwinn approved. Made in France laced to S-2. My inspiration was printed articles of guys out west. Driving prewar schwinns in the hills. Beautiful bike not a scratch on it.For handlebars I used chrome bmx barsChrome on top of chrome.
