Found this 1966 Schwinn Starlet today while cruising through a flea market.

Very nice, some lucky young lady took very good care of this one. Looks like it needs a horn, or maybe it's loose inside the tank?

Yes, it is missing the horn. If anyone out there has one that is in working condition, I would be interested in buying.

A horn will be easy to find. How cool is it that it is Violet instead of the more common blue? The condition is superb, quite the find!

She’s a beauty! I had a ‘67 in the same color but in as nice shape as that one. The tanks always seem to have a small dent from the corner of the front rack hitting it. Congrats on the find.

I had a 67 also, it was Coppertone and in nice condition. I had a co-worker looking to buy a bike for his 13 year old daughter. She rode it through H.S. and took it with her to The University of Alabama. Last I heard she still has it.
