1967 schwinn sport, all original

Pulled from a barn in central California. Paint is excellent. Chrome has some freckles, particularly on the chrome fork. They may or may not come clean. The bike is in very good condition for its age. I also have the original manual for it. Obviously needs new tires, but man! What a clean one. I leave for Chicago in about a month and prefer this bike be picked up locally. I'm asking 295.00. It does need basic maintenance. PayPal or cash , cash preferred. Visalia, CA 93292

That chrome will clean up near mint for sure.

Converted to a 30 speed with the 3-speed hub. Interesting bike. Will definitely clean up nicely!

It looks to me like 18 nominal speeds: 3 cogs on the driver, by 3 speeds in the hub, giving 9 in back. Then 2 chainrings in front, giving 18 nominal in total.

Practical gearing would then count only 1 for duplicate outputs, so practically could be less than 18.

High-end choice for a utility type machine with baskets. Nice color too.

Good eye! I assumed 5 cogs in the rear. No doubt there are duplicate gears.
