Withdrawn 1968 Schwinn Stingray Run-A-Bout (Set of 2) Green + Brown

Hello All,

We have a pair of 1968 Schwinn Stingray Run-A-Bouts in good condition. Most components are original and these have been owned by our family since 1983. These bicycles were originally purchased by a family friend for $69.95 each, in 1968. The tires were worn out and recently replaced with reproduction white wall tires. The brown one has a newer front thru-axle, but the green one has the original. All originals cables. If you have any specific questions please let me know and I'll do my best to answer them. I am not a bicycle expert so patience is appreciated.

great pair with the desirable Stik Shift option, only available in 68. Did you happen to keep the original tires?

The original tires were in very bad shape and we no longer have them.

that's a shame, even in poor shape original tires for display have a lot of value. you'd be surprised at how well they clean up too. the whitewall rear S2 gripper sliks for these bikes are very hard to find
