1969 or 1970 3 Speed Schwinn Fastback Shifter

Bike has a January of 1970 date when looked up online by serial number. Not sure if its truely a 1970 or if it falls into 1969 category. Just feeling out the pricing for a replacement 3 Speed shifter. It currently has one but it is not correct for Schwinn. Send a private message if you have something. Thank you.
