Frame seems to be a 1970,not sure if the fender and chainguard are correct. Wheels are coaster brake, not sure what is original on this bike. Poor paint job . Just wondering if that fork could be a 1970. Thanks for any help.

Krate springer. The bike could well be a coaster Krate. A fair bit harder to find than the 5 speed versions, but not as much in demand.
Cheers, Geoff

probably either a single speed pea picker krate OR a green stingray someone modified to look like a krate. Forks don't have dates but this fork was used from 1968- 1973. I would lean to modified stingray as chain ring is not a MAG

With the parts all showing the same patina like they are, I would concur that it's a coaster Krate (Pea Picker) especially with that correct chain ring, chrome chain guard and springer.
