Jollyride

Wore out three sets of tires already!
I have a 1972 Sturmey Archer 3 speed coaster brake hub laced into a 40 spoke Raleigh rim.

Missing a thruster washer for the thruster spring.

The brake locks up when applied.

The internals look fine no metal shavings or unusual wear.

Looking to replace the entire internals for the hub.

It can be a 36 hole coaster brake I assume the internals are the same???

Does it need to be a '72? I have a later one. Let me know if your interested.

I don't think so . I think a 1968 is identical?

Finally found a nicer diagram, may be missing the lower gear pawl assembly too.

Going to take another inventory.

Can you tell me the year please?

I do know some on the axels were different lengths so the internals may have changed.

Thank you sir!

Here ya go Steve! tcw or 3SC?

Here is a 36 hole, 1974 hub. It is super clean with exceptional chrome.
PM me if interested.
Thanks, Wayne
