1978 Roger Decoster Frame only, fork not included. Frame has a crack where top bar and rear tubes meet at seat tube look in pictures, never seemed to get any bigger than when i got it, sprocket rub mark by cigar box. Frame has been polished and new reproduction decals installed. Frame has some nicks and scratches and other small things common with a used frame this old, but overall looks nice.
