1979 Men’s 26” Schwinn Spitfire 5 Speed drum cruiser, all original, rides great. Serial number EQXXXX built in May 1979. Bought new at Bicycle Center in Redondo Beach. Even comes with the original owners manual. Everything was regreased, the chain was replaced and the tires/tubes were replaced. Original parts include Positron derailleur, rear drum brake, messenger seat and air pocket grips. This Schwinn is what I would describe as in “rider condition.” You could take it today to the beach. Bicycle shows typical beach patina on the paint and some pepper on the chrome. I’m asking $500 cash. Local pick up in Torrance, CA. Thanks and have a great day!
