Look Ma, No Hands!
For sale is a completely restored, one-owner, Schwinn Continental II. I had the bike restored by John Zeni in Gurnee, IL. The bike was turned over to John by the original owner who purchased it in the summer of 1980. Take a look of the restoration at: http://johns-recycled-bicycle.blogspot.com/
The pictures speak for themselves. The bike looks great in the sun, rides very nice, but is not perfect. The repop stickers for this particular model were of not good quality so I had to make some choices to make best of what we could find. The original stickers were melted from years of storage. The original owner hadn't ridden the bike it 20 years and it had been hanging in a garage since. The new fender stickers and original light system come with the bike. Lights and generator have not been tested but have been cleaned up.
