Very nice example! When I saw the 1981 surfboard fork dart I was confused. Thanks for posting a shot of the head badge with the actual build date on this piece. This is a 1981 Cruiser!!! I'm surprised the 1980 Union Strike affected the production that early in 1980. Schwinn must have lost a boat load of money that year.
