1984 Cruiser 5

Picked this one up a few weeks back and just finished it up. Really nice condition. I know these don't really have the glamor of the Chicago Cruisers but still very nice. I like the Schwinn shifter. Another interesting thing is the brake cable housings are dated. I had originally thought about putting a springer on it but it is too nice and original to mess with things.

Wow, what a cream puff! :eek: It's still a made in the US bike and appears to have a Chicago made head tube.

Don't forget to tighten the stem bolt.

Whoops, took care of the stem bolt. One of the first things I always check to see if it's free. I don't think this bike ever spent a night outside. Even has a Bob's Schwinn sticker!!
