1984 Schwinn High Sierra

I have had this one for a couple of years - I bought for the Bull Moose bars and the unique seatpost. It was only $50 and a couple of gallons of gas. It rides bit more sluggish than my Cimarron, but I put cheap Kenda gumwalls on it in order to ride pavement.

That must have been an expensive bike in 1984. It was 3 or 4 more years until the name brand MTBs became affordable.
