Sold 1995 Schwinn Black Phantom bicycle with original box

This a 1995 anniversary edition of the Schwinn Black Phantom. It is mint with the exception of the back tire which looks to be flaking? The front looks brand new like the rest of the bicycle. The front and rear lights work as does the horn. This bike looks like it was never ridden. Includes the original shipping box which has some water damage. No paperwork. I will ship if buyer pays shipping.
