2 serial numbers , what year please ?

( sorry for the piss pour pictures ) i have a girls 26" schwinn with drop center wheels , skip tooth sprocket , ( the world badge) appears to be original , serial number under the crank (S68483 ) & a boys dx ?? also 26" (pre war bf goodrich badge ) , skip tooth sprocket , someone got crazy with the paint job , wrong wheels , serial number also under the crank (CU4721) , (neither bike has chain adjusters built in the frame) what year please on both of these ?

I'd lean towards both being '46-47. I think the CU may be a lightly stamped C0.
