Reduced 24” whizzer runs 1999ish

Fairly complete 24” whizzer, missing belt cover and couple other things, ‘H’ motor! Originally blue paint that someone lightly rattled red over in places which I think should come off fairly easily! Guy showed me pictures and a video of him riding it recently! $2200 obo! Really nice seat with no rips or tears! Super cool whizzer speedo!

I'm pretty sure this is one of the reissue Whizzer Pacemakers. Not sure of the exact year. Someone else can fill in that blank, but no older than 1999.

Looks exactly the same as the other h motors I have, can’t see any difference?
