24 inch huffy... Any idea of year?

    Got 2 of these. The other one is a mess but has truss rod forks I plan to put on this one. Patina,d nicely with super wide rims.mwish it was a 26... Any huffy experts know when this was new?

    early to mid 50s. it has the Fit-Sooner frame. the serial will give the exact year.

    Will check serial no tomorrow. Just picked it up and will probably sell so I can buy more parts for others. Did these come with tanks?

    not sure about a tank, but I hope you didn't pay a lot, 24" bikes aren't worth much.

    Got 2 of them for 50 bucks. One has truss rods and a very bad paint job and one had good Davis tires
