Looks to be a mid 30s Elgin bike that appears to be all there. Crossbars, nice deco stem, matching triple steps with a Morrow (with no stamping on the hub? Could not see it but has a strange hump on center), strut forks, glass reflector and a dropstand clip. It has been repainted. Needs alot of loving. $500 shipped in the US or $400 local pickup in Waxhaw, NC. PP as friend or merchandise and add extra fees.
