6-1/4” tube

All looks nice and straight - bought it to use
But didn’t work . 6-1/4 is to small
See a pimple on tube even though it’s straight
Not sure if repaired ,maybe nothing please use best judgment or ask me questions so I can clarify any questions ( I’m pointing in 1 picture)
Looks like some old black house paint over Og red with white darts
