26" Faux painted metal clad wood wheel with racing tire

Does this old thing have any value? 26" nickel plated metal clad wood wheel w/ United States rubber Co Houghton Speedway single tube tire that is very hard. I believe I saw the word "surry" on the tire. Wheel spins very true no axle and hub has been painted silver.

I believe the wheel is for a sulky cart but I’m not certain, if the tire is 28” I would be interested!
