Most muscle bikes are 20 inch. Did you have a certain bike in mind?

Thanks, I was thinking of starting to collect those style bikes. I am 5'11" and 240. Could I ride one on 20 inch tires? I have not had a bike in 20 years sorry if this question is dumb.
