Look Ma, No Hands!
I had two mismatched rims (pre and post war on my 55. I replaced this one with another post war. It's been stripped of what little paint it had left (red with white pin stripes under more red under blue), surface rust removed, then painted with etching primer to prevent rust returning. Some pitting on inside of rim, outside looks good, very straight, no markings. You pay shipping.
