26" Schwinn Cadet Speedometer Cable

Good day,

I am looking for the inner drive cable for this speedometer. It is a blue, metal speedometer, made by Cadet. It is on a 26" Schwinn. It was factory on many pre-1961 Schwinn's from what I have read. I think it is beautiful, which is why I kept it during my Corvette restoration.

If you need any other info to determine the correct cable, let me know.

You can make a new glass for it. I have a cutter like this and works great.

Oh yes, I’ll be making a new lens. This looks like a plastic lens, so I can probably drill out a new one on the work bench.

I'm sure it's plastic. Probably not all that thick I assume.
