Thanks Archie Sturmer. I tried a westfield adjusting cone but it didn't thread on. A 24 tpi did though. Back to the drawing board...

Hmm..thanks ejlwheels, I checked a few of my "Rollfast" bikes with similar forks. One had a one side open dropout, but none had a stamp on the back
