28" Iver fork in chrome

I bought this fork a while back, and was disappointed to discover the steer tube was too short for my frame.

I was told it is nickel, but I think it's actually chrome - that said In some light it does look to have a yellow hue of nickel. Not sure. You be the judge.

Interested in trade up/down for other IJ parts, 20/30s style track drops, rat traps, track stem, or 700A (642 BCD) wood clinchers
