28" wood wheel with factory steel insert in well

I am trying to identify this 28" x 1-1/2" wood wheel by manufacturer and application so I may accurately list it here on the CABE for sale. The Hub is a New Departure Model D and may be newer than the rim.

One of many types of rims you could order for the bike.. your was laced with a later hub...the rim is 00-early 30's
