2nd annual Bfg Oceanside ride, June 23rd 2024! Oceanside, California

Alright folks, it’s that time again! June 23, meet up 930am ish, kickstands up 1030!

View attachment 2037415So let’s bring out your Bfg bikes, or any tire store brand bike, Firestone, Goodyear or any vintage bike you would like to ride! Ride will start at “The Cup” 206 Wisconsin avenue! Will meet up on the east side in the pay parking lot, cost $8-12, can’t remember….free parking on the east side of the train tracks on Wisconsin or if you have my # hit me up and can park by my house a block from the ride! Will be a nice casual cruz up the coast and around the harbor and will have a lunch stop at “The Broiler “ with great views of the harbor! I’ll make reservations once I know how many people are coming!I’ve preoranged with them, just have to call them as we’re leaving! Was a great turnout last year and should be this time also! Any questions shoot me a pm…thanks for looking and hope to see lots of you out here again for my Bfg birthday ride! Probably have after party at my house a block from starting point!

3 weeks from tomorrow, chime in because I’ll be making reservations at the broiler which they don’t do, but will for us as they have in the past….great to be a local…lol can’t wait to see everyone there and have a great time! Possibly after party at my house a block from starting point!

Remember, you can take the train to Oceanside Transit Center to avoid parking headaches! COASTER, SPRINTER, Amtrak and Metrolink all allow bicycles on the train.

Yes and the metro comes from Orange County and ends in Oceanside about a block from where the ride starts!

Okay reservations made at the broiler tentatively for 25 people, will call them before we leave with actual numbers….they have really good happy hour food and drinks every day!
