WHIZZERS X THREE
Greetings Cabe'rs
Regretfully, I have to give up my BIKE HOBBY due to health and age. I have three bikes with WHIZZER MOTOR KITS installed on them. All run well. My intensions were to sell two and build a nice rider. I chose to build the MONARK. I have never seen a MONARK WHIZZER, only pictures of a few. I thought the Covid Pandemic would keep me home, and I would have something to do. I will describe the bikes as well as I can.
.
BIKE # 1
This is a 26-inch Schwinn - 1946 or 47. H motor Bike serial number is B8363. After market chrome, fenders and chain guard. Rear frame is dimpled for belt clearance. It has H controls. Serial Number does not show up on the Schwinn list, maybe lost in fire at the factory in 1948. Runs okay, needs clutch and belt adjustments.
BIKE # 2
This is a 26-inch Schwinn Cruiser - I believe it's a 1980's Middleweight frame. Bike has a H motor that runs well. This bike has S-2 rims, extended brake arm, front sturmey archer brake. It has H controls. Needs rear morrow brake shoes.
BIKE # 3
This is a 1950's Monark - Model 440. Serial Number A0793927. This was supposed to be my whizzer project. In the process of going back together. Loosely assembled to keep track of the parts. It has a J Motor - Base Coat Clear Coat in medium green paint {Finish Masters} All chrome has been replated, stainless heavy-duty spokes front and rear, Schwinn front brake, new tires, puncture proof tubes, twist grip compression and throttle {Repro} Train light with new guts, rear crash bar. Monark pedal blocks {Repro} new fuel line, new EZ Glide clutch.
I also have books and literature on whizzer bikes.
Please look at all my picture's
I CAN NOT SHIP THE BIKES.
I'm asking $6500.00 for all. I live in between Cleveland and Akron Ohio, which is where you'll be picking up the bikes. Please contact me through email or call 330-468-2206 between 9am and 6pm eastern time if you have any questions. Thanks. Scooterboy
