30's Colson Made Goodyear Wings with tank mens

here we have a 30's
colson Made Goodyear Wings Men's bike...the grips are aftermarket, tires are newer...perfect for restoration....spokes missing in the front wheel...much patina and spray paint

I have a '38 double bar. I think they made snap tank models till 40/41.

i may have figured it out...39 built 1940...looks just like the one colson built for firestone...as attached

Not that it matters much, but I am with @saladshooter on this one... probably a Sept '41 frame.
The 1939's I have seen still had the older Colson bearing dust covers and no seat post shim.
This one looks to have the 1940 to 1941 bottom bracket bearing dust covers and appears to have a seat post shim.

It's just a '41 Colson snap tank sold by Goodyear. Fender light is postwar and not original.
