30s Teacup light question- bracket?

Looking to modify or adapt/replace the odd bracket, which will detach, mounted to this light…. Hoping for a stem bolt or even handlebar bracket to replace what is shown n the pic…. Thoughts or ideas? Whatcha gots? Happy to purchase something that would work.
