Spent a bunch of time trying to dial in the ride but this bike was not having it…pulled hard to one side….removed the truss rods…still pulled…replaced the front wheel with another wheel (non drum) and still pulled. That left the fork itself and sure enough it was bent. The fork leg should be touching the surface.

Fortunately, a friend of mine is a frame builder by trade (Fitz Cycles) and he has an awesome set of tools!! Said he could help me out so it cost me some Pliny from Russian River Brewing…not a problem.

First step, get the fork in the jig and check for square…good up top…

Not good at the bottom…

At first we gave it a hand job…

then we got smart…fulcrum style…

Last, centered the spacing between legs…

Will get the fork back on the bike tomorrow and should be good to go!
