I see yours has a frame mounted kickstand. Do you have any other views of it, or happen to know the model to give me something to search for? Thanks

Thanks for that info. Most appreciated. It looks like this requires drilling a hole through the frame. I thought I saw one that has two bolts on the clamp to go on the outsides and eliminate drilling.

There is one that is made specific for the 1940/41 Murray Mfg. made Sears/Elgin bicycles.
It is a similar stand except that it has the provision for the twin bolt bracket that allows for the wishbone type chainstay of the Murray built frames, without drilling any holes in the frame.
It sounds like that’s the type you are looking for?
My bike is a Westfield Mfg. built frame, so it used the more traditional type of chainstay design, so it only needed the standard single bolt type kickstand.

That is exactly what I'm looking for! This is the one I'm puttering away on. I had it for sale with no bites - except to ship to Puerto Rico - from Michigan!
Then I found the missing chainguard and skirts at Monroe last weekend so I'm not sure - I may hang onto it.

Yeah, that’s a great bike!
Now, you’re getting there.
I see parts for those all the time, so I don’t think it would be too tough to see it through.
They’re a beautiful design, that’ll make any special lady in your life proud to ride with you.
Sounds like I should’ve got a job in the marketing department at Sears?
Lol!
Good look on your hunt.
That’s half the fun!
