Both these early 45’s in my photos have a triangle shape one the end of the kickstand cam as well as these short seat post clamps with a bare faced seat post bolt like the bottom clamp in the photo
Cam on mine is same as in your second photo. There are no holes for, nor is there a pin that runs through the bracket, just the one hole as in your first photo. I won't be removing the stand, in deference to the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" rule. And yes, mine has the tube style upper rear fender bracket. Seat clamp had a replacement hex head bolt (no damage done). I will replace the replacement with an AS nut and bolt that I have.
