Found 47ish HW CWC TANK

This bike found me. I haven't been able to sell it. Perhaps I should give it away, but I got no offers.
I'm going to try to make it a little more desirable. Hopefully the tank doesn't outweigh the value of the bike. Anybody out there got anything? Any color will do.
