49 Color Flow

I just picked up what I believe is a 49 Higgins. What is there is very original down to the tires. I know that a color matched batwing is a tall order but if somebody has one they want to see end up on the right bike, I am your buyer. I am also looking for a crank, sprocket and most importantly a solution for the front fender brace. Interested in a replacement brace or just the little tab that is missing. Also looking for any leads on a horn unit.

Just make & tack that bracket to the og brace then will still be mostly og.
