Bars are welded to the stem which is broken at the end, but they works somewhat. Fork needs a small repair but lots to love still. Message me for any more details or pics. Wood wheels need straightening and hubs. Price not including shipping.

I will get some better pictures apart - its welded where it looks wet from the WD40. Stem bolt broke I think as I took it out. They at least did a good job keeping the nice shape of the bars.
