Sold 50's Schwinn bolt on rim brakes

these may have been put on a bike, or maybe just 70 years of storage. you decide. brake pads have shelf ware, but it does not look like they ever stopped a bike.
I have a couple sets of these, they all look like they were in the War on the losing side. This set is way too nice for any of my bikes. These are for a tubular fork, like a Springer or Truss Rod fork. NOT a blade fork.

pics tell the story. one of the ferrules for the cable housing came off and will not go back on. see arrow.

those are thecorrect ones for a tube fork,the ones with the set screws are the hardest ones to find,the black pads have higher stoppin power than the red ones cause they were made to stop a heacyweight,most of the black pads say schwinn on them,look up the books,i think they starting offer them in 1940 as acc,hard to find with all the pieces there.
