<p>Vintage 1950s Schwinn bicycle. </p><br /><p>Rides great! Tires are even ok! Seat has some issues. There are some rough spots due to age paint etc. I believe it’s a rare Schwann Violet. Overall good condition for age. Not sure if headlight still works. Haven’t tried that yet. Very cool old...

pretty sure 1955 was the last year for these decals. looks like candy red with gold base showing.

it mostly looks like dust to me.

That's been on CL or FB since forever ago... Those decals ran into '56. Somewhere in '56 marking the transition to the next decal change.

Yep, faded red paint.

It's complete, save the missing saddle bag. Around that time you also saw Union lights used versus Miller. Typically always Miller except right around this time period.

9 weeks and I feel it was relisted from sitting before that...

Local pick up in Montana hurts it. At $100, if anyone was close by who liked these, it would sell.

I emailed the seller a few weeks ago and told her to put Schwinn Traveler in the title so she gets more action. looks like it worked.
