Sold 51 Black Phantom parts and frame

Phantom parts, locking fork with all hardware but no key, bars and stem, crank bearings and cups with chain, Deluxe men’s pedals, tank with working horn missing a few bolts, chain guard and fenders. The light is untested. Fenders are peppered and need a little straightening but in pretty good shape. Dated 51 frame that all these parts came from the red paint on the frame has been redone at some point. $600 shipped from Minnesota to lower 48 PayPal for payment please Thank you

Actually a really good $ parts bundle priced more than fair...
one thing tho...
And I've seen this alot here on the cabe... finally gonna blurt something out...
Your stem is most likely correct for the Phantom...52' and up anyway..
but it's not a "Razor"....its a standard Wald or Schwinn forged stem found
on DX, Hornet etc.
The razor is called a razor because it has an accentuated peak or "spine" on the
top ...and both bolts are AS bolts...the pinch bolt is never a hex, but a 'button' round
profile with the nut on the back.
I'm only pointing this out because there is a substantial difference in value...
the common stems bringing 1/4 to 1/3 the value of the "razor"

Good luck with the parts pile...honestly...I was tempted to pull the trigger...too many projects!
