Sold '57 schwinn black phantom horn tank needs restoration reissue?

Selling the Schwinn Black Phantom horn tank that came on my recently purchased 1957. Inside and outside is very clean with only slight surface rust (view pictures). Paint is poor, no dents, only one correct screw, 4 incorrect ones, delta stamped horn in clean shape but DOES NOT SOUND. I am selling this tank as a reissue model because I have no way to be sure if this tank is 25 years old or 65 years old. It really should be repainted, but I leave that up to you! In talking to others it appears to be. I wasnt happy with the paint loss and didn't want to attempt a repaint. I paid a premium for another nice original replacement. I'm just looking to reduce my cost on that one.
