69 Typhoon - Bigger Wheels / Frame Wanted

Saw this for sale........looking to build something kool for son going off to skool.
Would this take the larger / wider baloon size wheels without the fenders....maybe even with ???
Appreciate any info - help !!!

I answered my own question.......I had a Typhoon with bigger wheels that I sold 5-6 years back

Now I'm thinking I need to start with a bigger frame.........found a 46-48 Roadmaster here on the CABE
Sent guy a PM and waiting to hear back. If anyone else has a frame / starting point fire my a PM or post up pics / info here.

It works, because S-7 rims are taller than regular 26" rims. Now if you could find a King Size Schwinn American, it's a much bigger frame. Fairly rare though.
