Wore out three sets of tires already!
8 hole rear rack that came off a homemade tandem so I'm not sure the brand, but think it might be Stelber? Rack is straight and looks like original paint, I think the braces have been replaced, they look Monark Rocket to me. $20 local pickup in KC, or add $15 for shipping CONUS only.
