1934 / 1935 Shelby-Built.
Note straight seat stay ... that is the frame member
going from the seatpost cluster down to the rear axel.
A curved seatstay would indicate a 1936 model, or later.
The long. raingutter fender up front was a Shelby feature
in '34 and '35, also.
