For your consideration, a super nice original Aluminum Shelby Delta.
Slight indentations in the shell body above the base; easy to work out from the inside.
Otherwise very good condition. Internals seem to be on board, but have not opened. Have not cleaned. Both nuts/washers are present for fender mounting. RARE

Yes, it has the correct reflector with the cut-outs and red translucent insert to backlight the Ss. It is complete and correct, and should operate as shown in last photo.
