Finally riding a big boys bike
This is one that won't turn up too often. I bought the bike back in the very early 90's. It's a gorgeous original 1936 Sears Elgin Robin. Nothing repro on the bike at all. An original speedo gooseneck with working speedo, an original early Musselman 2 speed lever action shifter that works great, Milsko seat (it doe's have a broken spring as shown), believe it or not the original and pliable 1936 whitewall Allstate tires (you can keep them inflated as they have a 26"x 1.75" tire inside to help prevent them from blowing out the thin areas of the tires). I'll bet nobody has ever seen these tires with air in them. Glass headlight lense, as I said, all original stuff, oh yea, pencil stand and clip, they work great. The bike could use a little cleanup, one grip as shown has had the tip reglued, and where your foot wood hit the front fender, someone's did and the paint got scratched as shown. Real hard to notice though. It's a pretty incredible bike overall. If you have a serious bike collection and already have a Robin, maybe upgrade? Price SOLD Fed Ex Ground Shipping.
