Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Hard to pinpoint an exact year as Junior Toy made this basic model over several years from the 1940s to early 1950s. I can say it predates the 1952 purchase of Junior Toy Corp. by AMF. Afterwards the AMF acronym was added to the head badge decal. Here's a photo of a reproduction decal that is very similar to what is on yours:
