Found an old thread on a different forum that stated that Westpoint bikes were made for True Value Hardware stores. Perhaps by the Cotter Company. ???????

Yes. That maybe true. We had a true value store here in Kiel up until three years ago that burnt to the ground that was in the same family since 1920. Sure do miss going in and checking out all the cool old stuff that was hanging from the rafters for many years. And they also sold bikes. Razin.
