Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
The pictures tell the story with this stunner! An 1897 Acme Stormer from Reading, Pennsylvania. Original paint with lovely restrained filigree decoration. Normal wear, scratches, and very minor rust and oxidation as expected. Restored saddle by Josh with extremely light patina and distress to perfectly match the bicycle. Very strong nickel plating. Original bell; New York mfr. The cork grips are also started life with the wheel but the end caps are replaced. Chain tread tires for display only with some rubber losses and crazing (one valve stem missing). Overall this is a glorious machine with the most refined treatments and build considerations.
