From the chart I'm going to guess 1946. Pre-war bikes still had drop stands, didn't they?
Yup! I forgot about that detail. My old '41 was basically the same frame but had dropout ears. I agree, the frame above is a '46

Sorry to take over this thread, but I have a question about my bike. S/N says 1940 or 1946. Morrow hub is dated 1940. All original bike from 2nd owner. No dropstand ears. What do you guys think?
P.S. front wheel is a place holder since the front hub blew up.

It looks like your front down tube has a more gradual bend going into the bottom bracket, more like the bike @fordmike65 posted than the one posted by @catfish. I'm going to wait and see what those with more experience think.
